I will introduce myself and BMC to the group for any new members attending.
I will also go through some membership housekeeping.

Each Member introduces themselves and their business to the group. 40 seconds each.

Working ON our Businesses
During these sessions we will work on different aspects of our businesses.

This is where your input comes in. Please let us know which area of your business you would like to work on.

Follow Up on Last Month
During this section members who attended previous meetings will also relay what successes they have had since their last meeting and how they have got on.
Each person gets 30 minutes for their session.

Gentle Accountability!
During the day you will be given some definitive ideas to implement on your business. You will be asked to commit to work on these during the following 4 weeks and report back your results and progress at the next BMC meeting.
To help you with this we encourage all members to use the BMC MentorMates system. During the day you will mingle with your fellow members and we hope that everyone gets on well. We encourage you to be thinking of which members you might like to help you and vice versa. During the 4 weeks until the next meeting, we ask that you keep in touch with each other to help keep each other motivated and check you’re both on track.
There is no doubt that this kind of gentle accountability can prove priceless in helping business owners really follow through on implanting improvements in their business.

Tea and coffee and water will be served throughout the day and lunch will be an executive buffet platter with a selection of drinks.

Wireless Internet is available so you will be able to connect to the Internet via your mobile phones or laptop if you need to.

Aim of the Day
We hope you will leave the meeting having actually worked on same areas of your business and that you will have a defined plan of action for the month ahead. At subsequent meetings we begin by going round the table to see where people are with their plans and see how each of you has got on.

MentorMates
BMC likes to encourage the MentorMates system. This is basically where you hook up with another member of BMC and you stay in touch with each other in between meetings.  You will be there for each other as a sounding board and to keep each other on target. This really works and you'll find it invaluable.
